Cadboro Beach Cottage consists of a Main house and a Studio apartment.

Both have private entrances and are ground level oriented. They are well separated by locked storage areas and entry hall. Main and suite share hot tub tucked under large cedar trees at the ocean's edge.

The unique design offers flexible and private accommodation for couples, children and retirees. Wireless High Speed Internet throughout.

The loft of the house is accessed from the main entry, and can be included with the main house rental or for occasional guests of those staying in the studio.

Whether you come for a holiday, or to work, study, or visit family, you can soak up the amazing and ever changing view of Cadboro Bay, the Royal Victoria Yacht Club and Washington's Olympic Mts.

Walk along the beach, or drive to nearby Cadboro Village for all your daily shopping needs, restaurants, specialty shops and other services. Or take Bus #11 to downtown Victoria, which stops across from us.

Pets may be allowed if arranged in advance. Sorry, no cats.

Studio Apartment -

About 430 sq ft of space. Fantastic location. Private entry from wooden sundeck facing the beach. One large living/sleeping room with kitchenette. Separate dressing room and bathroom with bright walk-in shower-for-2.

Comfy queen-size birchwood Murphy bed facing out to the water. Warmed by a porcelain gas fireplace and electric baseboard heat. Dining table, full fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and much more.

Main house -

About 1000 sq ft on main floor, plus 27 ft long loft. Nicely accommodates couples or families. Has queen bed in master bedroom on main floor, plus queen bed and two singles upstairs.

Fully equipped kitchen. Cozy living room with persian carpet, natural gas fireplace, reclining chairs under skylights. Sliding glass doors to flagstone patio and gas barbeque.

Master bedroom ensuite with huge tub and shower. Smaller two-piece bath at foot of stairs to loft. Laundry room. Front load washer and dryer.
